I'm certain this giant hawk ate our bird. Jerk. But he's an impressive specimen.

My friend Jess had the grand opening for her yoga studio, Rooted Yoga, last week. It's been incredible to watch it all come together after much hard work, blood, sweat and tears.

Seeing a dream realized is incredible. I got teary-eyed seeing how beautifully the space came together.
